My High-End Makeup Routine

In a previous post from earlier this month I talked about my "Under $10 Makeup Routine" which is full of affordable (and amazing) drugstore products that I use on a regular basis. Sometimes, on special occasions, I use my more expensive makeup products, which I also love. Here's my high-end makeup routine!

Moisturizer ~ Clinique Superdefense Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 ($48) | This is definitely my favorite moisturizer out of all the ones I have tried. As you may (or may not) know, my skin is very dry, so moisturizing is a necessity. This one is so thick and hydrating, I love it!

Primer ~ Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer ($36) | This is the absolute best for blurring pores and smoothing out my skin. My problem areas are my nose and cheek area, and this fixes all of the problems.

Foundation ~ NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation ($49) | This foundation has amazing coverage and an absolutely beautiful finish. It is so lightweight which makes it so comfortable to wear. My new favorite high-end foundation for sure!

Cream Contour ~ Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick ($28) | Again, I'm not big on contouring, but I do like a little something something to add some dimension to my face. This is super easy to blend and doesn't leave my skin looking muddy.

Concealer ~ Tarte Shape Tape ($27) | Full coverage concealer that lasts and does not crease. It is amazing and you get a lot of use out of one tube.

Powder ~ Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder ($38) | This makes the under eye (or wherever you put it) so smooth and matte. It is perfect for setting concealer but can also be used for all over the face.

Brows ~ Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Dark Brown ($18) | I love, love, love dip brow! Pencils have never really been my forte, I just prefer using a pomade. I'm better with a brush anyway, I feel like I have more control.

Bronzer ~ NARS Laguna Bronzer ($40) | Such a beautiful and natural looking bronzer. It leaves such a nice sun kissed glow!

Blush ~ NARS Orgasm Blush ($39) | I don't wear blush much because I naturally have a lot of red in my face, but this is a beautiful blush!

Highlighter ~ Fenty Beauty Killawatt Highlighter in Mean Money and Hu$tla Baby ($34), Anastasia Beverly Hills x Amrezy Highlighter ($28), Sugar Glow Kit ($40), or Becca Champagne Pop ($38) | Lol, so. I have a lot of highlighters... and I don't really have a favorite. I jump from one to the next, and I mix them sometimes... just depends on the look. These are some of my favorites!

Eyeshadow ~ Tarteist PRO Amazonian Clay Palette ($53), Morphe Dare to Create Palette ($32), Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette ($42) | Similar to highlighter, I have a lot of eyeshadow palettes that I cannot choose from. All of these are amazing, all with amazing pigment and blend-ability.

Mascara ~ Benefit Roller Lash ($24) | Love this mascara. It is perfect for the bottom lash line and the wand is so easy to use. It gets in between lashes and does not clump up while still lengthening them.

Setting Spray ~ Urban Decay All Nighter ($32) | The name speaks for itself. It really locks in makeup and doesn't make my skin oily throughout the day.
