Favorite Curly Hair Products

I have thick, curly hair... and for the past year I've been really focused on getting my hair healthy. Previously, I had a lot of heat damage from straightening my hair so often, so I decided to stop straightening it and keeping it curly. Here are some of my favorite products for my curls!

Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Repair Cream

I love this product for my curls. After washing my hair and brushing it out, this is the very first thing I use. It hydrates and over time helps to repair damaged hair. My hair is less dry and the curls are more defined too! I have definitely seen a difference in my hair since I've started this healthy hair journey.

Cantu Shea Butter Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream

This product is great for your curls, especially when you need to liven

them up a little. I usually use this product after my curls start getting crazy and frizzy, and when I don't feel like re-washing and re-conditioning it. Most often I dampen my hair a little bit with some water, then add a decent amount of this to my hair. I run my fingers through it as well as a wide-toothed comb, and then my curls look brand new!

OGX Extra Strength Damage Remedy + Coconut Miracle Oil

This product is great especially in combination with either of the products mentioned above. Sometimes, I'll add this oil to my ends when they look really dry. Other times I'll add it when I want to refresh my curls and add a little shine to them. The product definitely helps to hydrate my hair and make it feel healthier.

OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Healing Dry Oil

I bought this a while ago and still have plenty of it. When I have time I

spray this to the roots of my hair. I honestly don't really know if it helps with hair growth but I think it might help with less breakage by strengthening my hair. Regardless, it doesn't harm my hair and it smells really good.

The Original Wet Brush

This is a new find and I'm obsessed with it. Ever since I got this brush, I haven't reached for anything else. This brush goes through my hair with no issues, no pain, no tearing, nothing. I have never had an easier time detangling my hair than I have using this. My hair is super thick and super curly, so this brush is a life saver.
