The first week of my junior year of college is complete! Let me just start by saying that it was the longgggeessttttt first week of classes ever. The week dragged on and the weekend (per usual) flew by.
This semester I am taking six classes:
- Operations Management
- Human Resources Management
- Marketing Research
- Consumer Behavior
- Global Communications
- Sociology
Having two management AND two marketing is very overwhelming, but I guess I asked for it when I decided to be a double major. Anyway, my schedule is super crazy and super full, and I literally do not have time to eat or get any proper sleep. My diet has consisted of endless amounts of coffee and bagels. I guess that's just the college life.
Oh, I got an on-campus job which is great bc 1: I need the money and 2: it keeps me busy. I only work there like 11 hours a week but still, on top of classes and tours, it gives me plenty to do. It also forces me to not look like a piece of trash every day because I have to dress up. This is kind of annoying, but also kind of nice. Sweatpants and leggings are reserved for nighttime and weekends.
Other than that, I am already drowning in homework. I have like 1,000 pages of reading to do every night as well as other assignments. Lol, week 1 is over and I'm already procrastinating (:
I apologize that I haven't posted in a couple of weeks, but I promise I really haven't had the time. I will try to draft some posts and schedule them to go up in case life gets crazy busy, which is bound to happen. I'm still trying to settle in and get a good schedule going, and once I do, I will be sure to include blogging in it!
Thank you so much for sticking with me and coming back and reading... until next time!
